1. Wash glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
2. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
3. Gather and empty trash to ensure the cleanness of the room and premises.
4. Clean kitchen and room floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
5. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
6. Notify managers or supervisors concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
7. Dust and polish furniture and equipment to ensure that they always clean for customers.
8. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy to avoid overstocking.
9. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
