Camp Manager - Local Transfer - Khobar

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Manages and coordinates maintenance and repairs of camp facilities to client.

2.  Coach & train team members on operational standards, company policies & procedures, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety.

3.  Ensures that all training records are updated at all times i.e., Baladiya, Medical, HACCP, Safety etc.,

4.  Supervises and conducts audits daily on housekeeping activities: cleaning of Kitchen, dining hall, toilets, rooms, recreation areas, and surrounding, to ensure camp health, sanitation and housekeeping standards are being followed and maintained at all times.

5.  Ensures and maintains compliance to rules and regulations in accordance with client policies and procedures.

6.  Monitors daily food cost ensuring that it is within the prescribe budget.

7.  Prepared and submit weekly man-days summary, Inventory records and other required reports.

8.  Prepares and submits weekly time sheets of staff to Head office

9.  Conducts weekly inventory and prepares ordering of food and non-food items.

10. Receives and ensure weekly delivery of food & non-food are in good condition.

11. Ensures that food and non-food items are properly stored/stock to prescribe standards i.e., temperature, space and proper containers.

12. Prepares monthly consumption reports to be submitted to Head Office.

13. Prepares monthly stock reports to be submitted to Head Office.

14. Prepares monthly meals summary sheets (ARAMCO & Client).

15. Submits to Central Store Sales Invoice details sheets together with the original SIV.

16. Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements.

Performs other task from time to time.

Customer and Personnel Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
