ACCOUNTANT
• Managing Companies Financial Accounting. Able to prepare Income statement, Balance sheet
• Budget Preparations & Cash Forecast
• Bank reconciliation
• Manage Account Payable & Account Receivable
• Manage Cash & Bank Transactions
• Maintain & Manage Daily Transactions
• Experience in Shipping , Port, Logistics & Freight would be an added advantage
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines
• Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA

• Assist the accountant as and when required
• Should be well versed with working on and with ERP systems
• Should be good in English
• Should have common sense and should use it wisely as and when required
• Should have good accounting skills
• Should have good command and control of Account Payables (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker
