Hussein Atieh & Sons Arabian Co. (subsidiary of HAE) is looking to recruit “Executive Manager” to work in their office in Khobar- KSA:

Job-Description & Responsibilities:

Manage all communication with clients for various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support to clients.
Administer all engineering projects, prepare drafts and estimate of all fees and draft all proposals to be presented to clients and ensure compliance to schedule and budget and document all requirements.
Supervise efficient working of all engineering staff evaluates all work and provides required training to manage all projects efficiently.
Monitor all marketing and development activities for civil and electromechanical projects
Analyze and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues and interview various candidates according to scope of all projects.
Evaluate and coordinate with various departments to oversee all private and municipal projects and prepare required technical reports for all engineering activities and make presentations at various meetings.
Analyze all development and implement of firm policies and procedures for various projects efficiently.
Supervises and leads the monitoring and oversight of the construction, engineering, field planning, coordination and execution activities within area of responsibility and appraises the performance of the projects in terms of safety, quality, cost and schedule ensuring the Company develops, implements and sustains its Safety and Quality programs within its contractual scope of work in accordance with the budgeted cost and assigned schedules. .
Provides overall guidance and leadership with respect to Construction issues to his team and to the Sub-Contractors and provides inputs and coordination to other divisions within the Project and within Construction teams
المهارات
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Extensive knowledge of standards, guidelines and regulations in the field of engineering and construction at KSA and Gulf Area
Has proven leadership capacity and experience
Minimum of 15 years of direct experience in the similar role preferably in structural construction projects in KSA and/or Gulf Area.
Previous exposure to multi-cultural projects, utilizing a systematic approach to problem solving and completing complex work tasks through accuracy, timeliness and quality documentation.
Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the structural construction of facilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic at a high technical level. Able to write formal correspondence in English and Arabic.
