On behalf of a Real Estate developer in Khobar, we are seeking a Mechanical Engineer.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will design, supervise, manage & develop all mechanical works including plumbing, HVAC and fire fighting for residential & commercial projects

Familiarizes with all Commission codes and standards, General Design Criteria and Technical Guidelines, standard drawings, standard guide specifications, and BOQ.

Review of A/E contractors design submittals, specifications, technical reports, calculations and coordinate work of other disciplines and departments.

Preparation of technical specifications and drawings for bid packages related to the development of various commercial and residential projects.

Implement methods and solutions for complex engineering problems and will select the most efficient and economical manner to meet our clients’ design objectives.

Leads other Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence and growth in the Quality Improvement Process.

Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.

Assists in the review of vendor drawings and shop drawings.8

Prepare conceptual design and layouts.

Performs field inspection and provide field support, as necessary during construction phases for any project.

Provide response and technical solutions to RFI’s raised by Contractors, Operation and Maintenance.

Must work well within a dynamic team and serve as a technical consultant to the client.

Active participation in the relevant operational and executive meetings.

Eliminate and contain/Quarantine all Mechanical issues at the design stage before they get to the installation phase
Verify/ test and approve material lists, type and quality of works before final installation
Align execution of certain project junctions with other works such as but not limited to Electrical, Civil, Services…etc.

Undergoes regular performance appraisal and evaluation

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Systems, Mechanical Troubleshooting, mechanical Testing Design, Project Management & supervision.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in design & supervision, construction and installation of the mechanical works and materials
Possessing 3-4 Years’ experience in the Local market, identifying living traditions and customs, exposure to the world new residential technologies and designs
Proficient in related software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.)
Work with contractors and Local agencies
High-Level Technical Skills in processes and products. Cost estimation skills
High standards of quality and excellence in relation to completed projects
