 Researches and analyzes recruitment opportunities and resources
 Providing a recruitment plan for areas of responsibility
 Provide effective advertising strategies in accordance with guidelines set by the recruitment.
 Manage contracts with recruitment agencies.
 Collaborates with hiring managers in advance of open positions to understand staffing needs and develop effective, ongoing recruitment strategies.
 Planning recruitment activities for the month based on staffing requests.
 Effective communicate and coordinate interview with line manager and participate recruiter on technical interview.
 Ensure compliance of documentation and process according to company policy /procedures, ISO standards and Saudi law
