الوصف الوظيفي - Source for new leads and business development opportunities to secure new business or projects for the Company. - Assist in developing and implementation sales & marketing strategies for the Company. - Assist in the planning and implementation of a business plan, especially in managing the activities for achieving the Company’s sales target. - To establish and maintain an excellent relationship with customers, business partners, and contractors. - Maintain confidentiality. - Take lead in setting up the BD department for the Saudi Branch. - Identify avenues of marketing / strategic publicity in exhibitions, print media etc. Minimum Job Functions: - Work closely with Corporate Management and with the peer group in other functions to have a seamless operation. - Leverage the executive-level relationships to develop targeted sales strategies that convey a customized approach to all business pursuits - Identify Target and drive down for following-up prospect projects with Customers from the conceptual stage by the client. - Overseeing in responding to the Pre-Qualification, Market Survey responses. - Participate in bid reviews with the bid team and the CM. - Take the lead in preparing the Strategy Papers of the Targeted-bids. - Strategic thinking. - Sourcing strategic partners in order to maximize the winning chances. - Support the estimating and proposals team while bidding the preparation stage. - Extensive Travel shall be required within the operating regions of the identified business area Key Challenges : - To nurture, maintain the existing clients. - To develop a new client base. - To win projects. - Multiply market share. - Feedback to/from the Customers after every project is awarded and executed. Dimension of impact : - Utilization of budget to “fit in” current needs for the organization. Working Relation: Must maintain a very good and positive relationship with the peer group and spread harmony in the international team. Accountability : - Answerable for all activities under his/ her responsibilities within his/ her limits of authority. المهارات Graduate in Engineering. B.s Or Master Experience : - Must have good knowledge of the entire life cycle of the offshore Oil and Gas Industry with excellent specific knowledge about the T&I;segment of the business sector. - Will have several years of hands-on work experience of Project Management of significant size. - Overall Industry experience of more than 15 years. - Project exposure in the entire KSA and Gulf. - Understand the market well in terms of competition and the Customers. Competencies /Skill / Attributes: - The individual will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with an understanding of asset costs relative to offshore project operations and equipment commissioning, decommission, maintenance, and depreciation. - Must possess a thorough understanding of the functionality of a business model of a standard organization covering all functions. - Must possess a very good commercial knowledge. - Must understand the risk-reward patterns of the Offshore Engineering and Construction industry. - Familiarity with training and skilling initiatives and employee safe work practices is a benefit. - An understanding of procedural document creation and training delivery process is of benefit. - Candidates with consulting skill sets and a wide variety of work experience are an ideal fit for this position. - Resourceful & analytical with strong leadership qualities. - Strategic thinker, expert negotiator and have an intuitive marketing ability. تفاصيل الوظيفة
