· Create an environment of collaboration and open dialogue within the program stakeholder’s teams to facilitate productive conflict resolution.
· Develops enterprise Agile guidance, training materials, and content; translates industry best practices into actionable recommendations.
· Develops and monitors metrics to track progress of Agile adoption and maturity to aid in accelerating overall Agile transformation efforts.
· Champion continuous improvement activities by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to increase productivity.
· Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team.
· Support leaders, teams, scrum masters, and product owners by engaging in hands on coaching, teaching, facilitating, and mentoring.
· Lead in a variety of learning opportunities such training, and independent study to further develop self and community.
· Act as coach to agile roles and/or stakeholder opportunities.

5+ Years of experience in Agile Practice Development and training.
