الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for maintaining necessary Accounts Books following the Auditing Standards and Accountings. 2. Analysis and make entry of accounting vouchers/receipts in the proper ledger as well as in the Computer data and maintain relevant files with supporting documents. 3. Issue update Monthly Statements. 4. Prepare the Statements of Monthly Balances. 5. Prepare Monthly Financial Budget. 6. Prepare Inventory for all the assets as wills the Store Inventory. 7. Check all bills/invoices from the suppliers and make a comparison study according to the requisitions/purchase Orders/store entry. 8. Prepare Monthly Financial Requirement (debit/credit)
9. Check Bank Account Statement with our Books of Account. 10. Prepare justification for payment/claim and report to the Finance Manager with sufficient supporting documents. 11. Double-check the store records with the records, being maintained a necessary documents for audit purposes. 12. Preparation of annual Balance Sheet before year-end and arrange all necessary documentation for audit purposes. 13. Responsible for renewals of various insurance Policies and paying premiums against policies for Buildings and Equipment, Land Property and Motor Vehicles, Fire Policies, and Accidental Policies for the compounds. 14. Renewals of Commercial Registration, etc. 15. Payment against ZAKAT.
