Understand and analyse customer needs and trends.
Identify marketing targets and customer segmentation
Conduct customer surveys and study current trends to understand customer needs, behaviour and trends.
Analyse data from web analytics, social media, search engine optimization, digital marketing platforms and call centre reports to identify potential customers.
Source new sales opportunities by contacting brokers & owners through different channels.
Develop and execute a lead generation plan that generates leads for the sales team via various marketing channels.
Use all available resources (social media & direct marketing) to determine target title names and contact information from target companies.
Help maintain database integrity of CRM system, including database cleansing.
Develop list of prospects to pursue within targeted categories.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in team environment.
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and inwritten form.
Attention to detail.
Marketing plan:
Build a marketing plan and budget based on the customer trends and company objectives.
Present and finalize the plan and budget with management.
Plan inbound and outbound marketing activities.
Prepare a detailed implementation plan and expected achievements for every marketing initiatives.
Lead execution of marketing initiatives:
Identify the most effective channel for marketing based on target audience understanding.
Identify the supplier or partner for digital marketing or traditional marketing campaigns.
Negotiate and finalize the partner
Manage and review partner’s work to ensure that timelines and quality standards are met
Build communication plan and materials
Roll-out campaigns and monitor progress.
Lead the development and maintenance of company website.
Maintain Content Management System and ensure that inventory on the website is accurate.
Prepare presentations for and represent Dar Wa Emaar in external conference and marketing forums.
Competitor Analysis:
Survey and study branding initiatives of competitors.
Act to beat competition.
Coordination:
Closely coordinate with customer service and sales team to ensure that all the potential leads are acquired and addressed.
Coordinate with projects team to ensure that product information is accurate.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing.
5+ years of experience in Marketing.
With a minimum experience of 2 years in Real Estate industry.
Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language.
