الوصف الوظيفي
-Responsible for the correct implementation of project accounting procedures and requirements. Performs project accounting and cost control.
-Reviews and closely monitors the development of the cost estimate to ensure objectives are met.

-Must have thorough knowledge of cost estimating practices, calculation methods/software, standards, and procedures.

المهارات
-15+ years’ experience
-Experience in the building industry or similar industry
-Has experience in site development infrastructure and the building industry or similar industry and has cost estimating experience on large to mega building/architectural projects.
-Capable of carrying out estimating works as well -as coordination with project managers, project engineers and cost estimating engineers to ensure correct implementation of cost estimating procedures and requirements.

-Must have thorough knowledge of cost estimating practices, calculation methods/software, standards, and procedures.Degree qualified in business administration or similar
