الوصف الوظيفي • Set and monitor annual targets and KPIs for team members. • Organize and plan the daily workload of the Sales team, control the execution, report it to the management. • A key point of contact for the partners represented by the Division regarding strategies, planning, long term agreements, pricing, general conditions and claim handling policies. • Provide the represented partners with up to date market information, product development needs and feedback of their performance. • Provide professional support and training to the resources in the Division; mentor them being responsible for their personal development in their job. • Be responsible of the correctness and up to date status of the information entered into the ERP and CRM systems in place. • Ensure maximal Customer satisfaction by providing the best services to them by the Division. • Generate reports on sales activities and results of the Division to the management and the represented partners as defined. • Secure new and renewal orders and follow up delivery. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة |
