الوصف الوظيفي To provide production application support to business teams which includes troubleshooting, interface and integration monitoring, customizations and enhancements of existing ones. Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams. Troubleshoot production support issues and come up with solutions. Interact with business stakeholders to understand their new requirements and system gaps and then come up with optimism resolution. Review Functional Specifications and work towards design Technical Specifications Review the Issues and escalate if required المهارات Should have 4-5 years of experience working in Retail Industry on Oracle MOM Applications (RMS, SIM, ReSA, RPM, Allocation, WMS, BI, ReIM, ODI, Batches) Should have thorough experience on Forms, PL/SQL, Packages, Java, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, XML etc. Ability of transferring business requirements into solutions by designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting within Oracle MoM suite and integrations with other applications. Ability to take initiative to extend/modify existing Applications. Experience of translating design mock-ups and prototypes into working application designs. Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management, to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs.
