• Manage the complete project end to end with all stakeholders.
• Review key deliverables and timeline documents stakeholders.
• Review and understand functional and non-functional requirements and ability to build a mind map of work and scope of the work.
• Provides very strong leadership to the project team and actively. represents the PMO to stakeholders.
• Ensures that realistic and accurate estimates of costs, timescales and resource requirements are agreed and proactively manage any deviations through to project closure.
• Make sure the project follows the Enterprise PMO’s change management policies
• Manage projects between business groups and develop (or help develop) project plans using project management principles, organize collaboration activities for changes and projects
• Manage periodic communications, updates and status reports
• Ensure mandatory approvals from change owners and stakeholders for requirements, change requests, and coordinate change management appropriately.
• Manage business satisfaction regarding project progress, systems availability, service continuity, and capacity issues.
• Capable to manage multiple projects in parallel with adherence to the Enterprise PMO rules and delivery on stringent timelines.
• Monitor and Support resolution of major issues and manage project interdependencies and handoffs.

• Saudi National ( M / F )
• Must be PMP Certified. (Active Certification)
• Proven track record of 3+ years of experience in project management, and related experience providing project support in an eCommerce company is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and complete tasks; to get things done independently and collaboratively; to stay levelheaded and composed during busy periods.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to build positive work relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated professional judgment and sound decision-making skills.
• Exposure to, and understanding of, a wide variety of information technology systems and services; ability to learn new software quickly required.
• Quality driven; highly motivated; attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Project Management Software.
