Instrument Design Engineer

Minimum 5 years work experience in the field of oil and gas industry, preferably on design and consultancy services.
BS ECE, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineer or Graduate.
Past experience working in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with Saudi Aramco Projects is an advantage.
Would be able to generate design deliverables and/or drawings using Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
Would be able to perform Technical Review/Evaluation of Instruments submitted by different Vendors against the required specifications. 
Familiarity with system interface with PLC, DCS, SCADA is an advantage.
Familiar with SPI (Smartplant Instrumentation) and INTOOLS
Experience with one or more in the preparation of the following will be considered:
• Process & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID;’s)
• Instrument Specification Sheets (ISS) or Datasheets (DS)
• I/O Lists, Alarm Lists
• Control Philosophy, Construction SOW
• System/Instrument Block Diagrams (IBD) or Schematic Diagrams (SCM)
• Loop Diagrams (ILD), Wiring Diagrams (EWD), Interconnection Diagrams (ECD)
• Logic Diagrams (LOG), Cause & Effect Diagrams
• Cable and Conduit Schedule (CCS)
• Instrument/Equipment Layout Drawings, Instrument Point & Lines (IPL)
• Instrument Panel/Junction Box/Cabinet Drawings (DET)
• Instrumentation Material Take-off (MTO) or Bill of Materials (BOM)
• With valid (or previous) KSA driving license is an advantage
