• Establishes and nurture a strong rapport with assigned customer base
• Creates strategic, effective and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within the accounts that he covers through obtaining clear understanding of the client business, strategic goals and trading methods
• Plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, continued account penetration, especially within under penetrated accounts, and customer satisfaction on a long-term multi-year focus. Demonstrates advanced knowledge and practice of the Integrated Sales Cycle
• Maintains a detailed knowledge of complete V2 service offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of the customer’s IT strategy. Has the ability to help customer make future solutions decisions based on product roadmaps
• Develops and manages a healthy and predictable pipeline that meets or exceeds quota expectations
• Continues to demonstrate good time and territory management such as; Visits, Number of calls, quotes,prospects forecast, Number of meetings per day, week
• Works closely with a network of V2 partners to ensure the successful marketing of V2 services
• Independently establishes and grows new or existing client base
• Provides feedback on market trends and competitor activity
• Achieves revenue and contract volume targets by selling V2’s range of products and services using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques
• Produces weekly accurate forecasting
• Identifies high potential sales opportunities and prioritizes them
• Qualifies opportunities using customer’s growth plans, budget, and project timelines
• Works with Partner Leads to lead pitches, negotiation and execution of upsells/optimizations for V2 IT services, working in collaboration with Presales Engineers for complex solutions
• Prepares timely and accurate quotations/orders to meet customer requests
• Analyzes the performance of client’s existing platforms and present findings to key clients, influencing their strategy by highlighting key opportunities to increase performance/reduce costs through V2’s service usage
• Brings data-driven insights to support recommendations
• Oversees the implementation of the proposed solution by the integrated delivery team
• Demonstrates commitment and aptitude in understanding and representing the products and services of the company. Improves and maintain sales skills, product knowledge and reporting accuracy in order to drive constant improvement in sales results
• Keep abreast of technological advances in the Connectivity/IT industry with particular emphasis on competitor products, services and pricing
• Has a strong technical understanding of the V2 service offerings and knows when to engage assistance from the Presales team
• Consults to customers on various project planning and routine service issues in order to meet their business needs
• Acts as the internal representative on behalf of V2’s Key Account clients to ensure customer satisfaction, expectations and requirements are met
• Ensures high post sales satisfaction that enables repeat business with customers
• Analysis and preparation of sales and customer reports to assist Sales Management in the evaluation of sales performance
المهارات
• BA/BS degree
• Significant experience in IT services industry and environment as an account manager or business developer, with detailed understanding of competitor offerings, IT Services product portfolio and industry trends
• 7 plus years of prominent, global or large account management experience
• 5 plus years of IT services sales experience
• 3 plus years of achievement and consistently ranked in the top 20% of the sales organization
• Experience working with the Equipment Vendors and System Integrators
• Understands how to engage members of the Pre-sales early in the sales cycle
• Has the knowledge of customers buying processes
• Detailed, measurable experience in negotiating complex contracts; ability to negotiate contracts, interpret legal documents, and work with attorneys to complete agreements
• The ability to present highly complex technical and business concepts to all levels of an organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop a focused account plan
• Preferred experience working in context of outsourced contracts
