الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist the Finance Director (FD) in preparing the monthly in-house financial statements for CMRC KSA including effective and efficient book closing in ERP (Oracle)
- Liaise with various departments including Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Human Resource to smoothly align the monthly closing processes
- Ensure timely and effective year-end financial reporting in accordance with group policies, SOCPA and IFRS
- Ensure full compliance to CMRC KSA policies and procedures and highlight to FD any non-compliance which is against the company’s policies and ethics
- Assist the FD and Management Accountant in preparing the annual budgets and forecasts for CMRC KSA
- Taking the lead role in decision support activities; such as but not limited to: costing exercises, launching new service offerings, business proposals, Capex investment analysis, etc.
- Organizing meetings with internal and external auditors and ensuring timely completion of required tasks to meet set audit timelines
- Dealing with banks as and when required in order to follow up on bank statements, cheque books, funding documentation, etc.- Various other activities within the scope of Finance and Accounting department
المهارات
- Bachelor of Commerce. Ideally Chartered – holder of CPA or ACCA
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior role at an Accounting Department
- Familiarity with SOCPA and tax regulations in KSA. Prior work experience in KSA is a must- Familiar with Oracle ERP
Preferences:
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospitality sector- Arab speakers
