We are looking for a motivated, result-driven purchasing officer for new Pharmacy Store in Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia. The Purchasing Officer roll is to plan for start-up the new Pharmacy Store provided with all supplies such as medicines, general health care, skin & hair care & beauty products with competitive prices and manage supply chain & inventory.
Job Description:
• Plan for the start-up & establish purchasing rules and policies
• Manage purchasing process & inventory
• Establish good relation with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers
• Meet with customers to discuss their needs and establish good relationship with them
• Develop and implement purchasing initiatives, strategies and programs
• Tracking store supplies and inventory
• Import supplies such as medical & general health products from international suppliers
• Market search for new products• Provide reports & communicate data to company management

المهارات
• BS degree in related field, preferable in Pharm tics
• 8 years’ experience in purchasing of Pharmaceuticals & health products in Saudi Arabia
• Good background of vendors, suppliers and manufacturers of related products
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Fluent English language• Must be resident in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama
