Job Summary:UI Developer needed in Saudi Arabia/Bahrain for an exciting new ecommerce platform implementation for a leading Omni Channel retailer engaging on a digital transformation project.

Candidate will be deeply involved in design, development, testing and support of the ecommerce platform. Candidate will work alongside the internal team of developers/testers and external SI team. As a part of the design and delivery team spread across internal and external teams, candidate is expected to be hands on in UI technical design and coding. Candidates should have experience across the ecommerce domains preferably retail. and experience with the SAP Hybris ecommerce platform implementation will be an added advantage. Candidates who exhibit a strong understanding of Agile (Scrum), Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Cloud-based architecture, build and deployment utilities, and best coding practices are most desirable.

1. 3 to 5 years’ hands-on experience in ecommerce implementations with overall IT experience of 7+ years.
2. Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON/XML
3. Proven experience of working on fluid and progressive responsive UI implementation.
4. Demonstrable experience in implementing AA and AAA compliant solutions.
5. Experience in responsive frameworks like Bootstrap, foundation etc.
6. Experience in SPA technologies like AngularJS 2.0, ReactJS etc
7. Experience in templating frameworks like Handlebars, Moustache, DUST, Underscore etc.
8. Experience in technologies/frameworks like nodejs, Gulp, Grunt, Bower, Babel
9. Good understanding of ES5, ES6, Typescript and Babel
10. Good knowledge design patterns and specifically JavaScript Design Patterns
11. Good understanding of using and consuming Web Services (SOAP/REST/OAuth 2.0)
12. Experience in testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Selenium etc.
13. Hands on experience of working in agile methodology and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Stash/Gerrit, Git.
14. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to diagnose and solve technical problems related to Hybris implementation
15. Exposure to Java with knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
16. Familiarity to latest DevOps tools/frameworks like as Gradle, SonarQube, Sauce labs, Jenkins will be an added advantage.
17. Knowledge of Hybris OOTB features will be an added advantage.18. Familiarity with cloud-based architecture like AWS, Azure, etc. preferably SAP Hybris cloud.
