Pre- Sales & Engineering Manager

Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To support the sales team in understanding scope of AV projects & advising the full requirement of client and turn this into technical BOQ and managing the engineering activities of projects. (Design and Amendments)ESSENTIAL DUTIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
✓ Attend sales meeting along with sales team to understand the client requirements.

✓ Conducting Site survey if needed to fully understand the site conditions.

✓ Contacting Suppliers & Partners to come up with the technical BOQ as per the client’s budget and technical requirements.

✓ Preparing and presenting technical presentation to the clients to further explain to the client’s proposal along with commercial proposal.

✓ Modifying the initial design as per the client comments if needed.

✓ Preparing drawings (SLD, Layouts etc. & BOQ) and handing it over to operations team.

✓ Verifying and approving the procurement item list for the project.

✓ Providing support to the technical Team if in case of any design issue while executing the project.

✓ Amending original design as per the actual installation.

✓ Preparing engineering documents that needed to close the project.

✓ Supervising and managing demo and POC melting prove of concept.

✓ Assumes other duties as assigned by the Director of IT & Communications.
