Responsible for assisting “Specialist - Compensation and Benefits” in all areas
of Compensation and Benefits.
Accountabilities:
1. Assisting “Specialist - Compensation and Benefits” in analyzing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
2. Support “Specialist - Compensation and Benefits” in conducting studies and surveys to determine the feasibility and competitiveness of compensation and benefit programs.
3. Help “Specialist - Compensation and Benefits” in planning, conducting and participating in third-party’s compensation surveys and benefit studies, analyzing results as determined by “Specialist - Compensation and Benefits” to ensure market competitiveness and suggest recommendations on reward issues.
4. Assist “Specialist - Compensation and Benefits” in designing and maintaining company’s salary structure(s), base salary components, merit and promotional increases and other related bonuses
5. Supports C&B;processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, through development of relevant reports.
6. Prepares the compensation and benefits reports, including regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting as required.
