•Organizing the HR and Administration Department by setting the Policies and procedures “tasks” for the department and monitor the performance.
•Assist the Project department in coordination the staff mobilization and projects needs and follow up the status of the performance of each project to achieve the needed results and accomplishing the plans of it.
•Performing the general HR tasks like:
-Interview candidates for job vacancies on behalf of the company, evaluate them and report the result to the concern department.
-Preparing the requests for employment, submitting job offers , and after agree on the offer I was issuing and reviewing the employee contract.
-Follow-up work visas issued by the company to staff recruited from abroad.
-Follow-up all personnel issue related to each new employee, whether locally or abroad (housing, transportation, office or work site projects of the company).
-Follow-up Steps for registering new staff in ministry of labor, issue residence papers, registering the medical insurance
-updating new staff information on company human resource program “ net soft”
-Updating the training plan for the employees and follow up with training department the execution of the employees training programs
-Issuing work cards for the workers in administration and projects, and calculate monthly salary, absences and overtime.
-Issue monthly statement for all employees of the company with the end of each calendar month and sent it to the Department of Finance to release the staff monthly salary.
-Update all of company employees and workers files in regards to the ISO 9001 standards.
-Maintain and Audit all recorded data for official affairs program staff.
-Follow-up payments and issuing receipts for annual licenses for the company’s employees
-Calculate and issue the final clearance of the staff on termination.
-Follow-up and the issuance of the visas for company workers and employees (visit, bringing in, exit and return, a final exit)
-Follow up the payment for visas and violations and the issuance or renewal of residence permits and cooperate with the Finance department to finalize it.
-Receive all requests and complains for workers and staff and followed it up with the concern department
