years 9 : 11 of experience in Power Utility company or with Consultants involved in Power Utility Projects. Experienced in preparation of materials, engineering and construction standards / specifications; Review of Bid Proposals and Base Design Package for Communications Equipments; Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineering for Communication Projects. Must be familiar with International Industry Standards such as IEC, IEEE, BS, ANSI, EPRI, ASTM etc. and must be conversant with ISO 9001. Excellent command in both oral and written communication skills in English Language. Proficiency in the operation of personal computer (PC) using updated software (MS Windows, MS Office etc.). Holder of valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
