الوصف الوظيفي • Comply with all appropriate medical phlebotomy standard operating procedures • Perform with precision, accuracy and understanding, all standard procedures relating to patient phlebotomy, bleeding times and assisting with medical biopsies • Ensure that all patients are dealt with in a professional manner with courtesy and respect • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and protect the patients’ right to privacy • Participate in all scheduled shifts as and when required • Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of phlebotomy equipment according to standard procedures and maintenance schedules and reports any apparent malfunction to the Sister • Understand and comply with the Pathology Department Safety Code, appropriate Nursing Policy and Procedures and Infection Control Procedures • Ensure that the phlebotomy area is kept clean and tidy according to protocol • Assist in the training of new employees and students as directed by the Nursing Supervisor • Assist the Nursing Supervisor and SMLSO in the organization and maintenance of adequate levels of supplies according to standard procedure • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities. المهارات • Ability to work effectively under pressure • A standard of behavior appropriate to a phlebotomist Education مختبرات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/Ùني-سØب-دم-خدمة-مدنية-4677808/ |
