نحن نتطلع إلى توظيف موظف مجتهد مسؤول عن إدارة إنتاج أبواب WPC في الشركة المصنعة لدينا مع تلبية أهداف ومعايير الإنتاج الشهرية.

مسؤوليات العمل:

• تجهيز دفعات مناسبة من المواد الخام.

• احترام معايير الإنتاج.

• تلبية أهداف الإنتاج الشهرية بجودة منتج نهائي جيدة.

• إعداد خطة الإنتاج والتنسيق مع مشرفي المناوبة.

• ضمان القدرة التنافسية للمنتج عن طريق تقليل معدل الرفض والنفايات والمنتجات المعيبة.

• التأكد من أن المواد الخام المستخدمة وعمليات التصنيع وكذلك تصنيع / تداول السلع تتوافق مع معايير الجودة ومواصفات الشركة.

• تخطيط القوى العاملة وضمان الاستفادة القصوى منها.

• الإشراف المباشر على المشغلين وفنيي الصيانة ومشرفي الورديات.

URGENT HIRE – Production/ Industrial Engineer or Technician

‏We are looking to hire a hardworking Responsible for managing the WPC doors production in our manufacturer with meeting monthly production targets and standards.

Job responsibilities:

• ‏Prepare suitable batches of raw materials.

• Respect the production standards.

• Meet monthly production targets with good final product quality.

• Production plan preparation and coordination with the shift supervisors.

• Ensure the product competitiveness by minimizing the rejection rate, wastes, and defective products.

• Ensure that the used raw materials, the manufacturing processes as well as the manufacturing/trading of goods comply with the quality standards and company specifications.

• Manpower planning and guarantee of the maximum utilization of it.

• Direct supervision of operators, maintenance technicians, and shift supervisors.

المهارات
المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الإنتاج / مهندس صناعي / فني إنتاج.

• العناية الوقائية للآلات والصيانة الوقائية للآلات خلل في العمل.

• خبرة لاتقل عن 3 سنوات .

• خبرة سابقة في العمل في مصنع WPC.

‏Requirements:

‏Bachelor’s Degree in Production/Industrial Engineer/ Production Technician.

• ‏Preventive care of machines and preventive maintenance of machines trouble malfunction.

• 3 years’ experience and above.

• Previous experience of working in a WPC factory - (Preferable).
