Mechanical Technician

الوصف الوظيفي
· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

· Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

· Meets maintenance budget by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions

· Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.

· Monitor the targets of Performance (TE, OE, MTTR, MTBF, TD…) and use them in order to build action plans and priorities of the cells.

· Is part of the FDS Processes & prioritize the work orders into a preventive maintenance action plan for the area (yearly, monthly, weekly and daily) consistent with the site priorities (SQCDM).

· Lead & manage the organizations and the resource for UHT / TTOP cells

· Apply the preventative maintenance programs and procedures.

· Ensure that the right spare parts are available for all the cells.

· Determine and justify the budget (Spare parts / internal labor / Contractors) for the cells.

· Reporting near miss, and safety risks on time through safety tags.

· Ensure LOTO application during troubleshooting and plant activities for routine and non-routine tasks.

· Respect, maintain, and follow GMP, Personal hygiene, Housekeeping, Equipment cleaning, Floor cleaning, Zoning, 5S are respected and maintained in daily basis.

· Adhere for all Food Safety system standards

· Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

· To take part in operational excellence program with implemented ideas to achieve excellent manufacturing through productivity, people engagement, working environment, Growth and Quality ideas.

· Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

· Follow standard operational procedure to ensure that all assigned tasks are carried out in safe manner with good quality as per specified standards mentioned in SOP.

· Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the company and department requirements, standards, policies and procedures
