Design interactive courseware and video using adult learning theory that appeals to various learning styles
Mastery of instructional design models/frameworks (such as ADDIE) and educational media production cycles
Knowledge and application of best practices using technology for teaching and learning including multimedia development, web conferencing, learning management systems, social networking, online collaborative tools, and mobile solutions for education
Develop and edit online learning material and content
Assess learning needs
Analyze existing instructional material
Develop and design online material and assessment tools
Oversee implementation of online learning programs
Train educators and students to use online learning system
Expertise in applying learning theory and pedagogy to develop instructional design strategies within

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, eg: Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Education Technologies, Multimedia Design, Information Systems, (or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education).
Experience with a wide range of modern elearning authoring tools (e.g. recent versions of Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 Suite, Go Animate, Elucidat, etc.)
Deep experience designing and developing learning programs across delivery mediums and content types (mobile learning, e-learning, video, gamification, virtual learning, live simulation, and live classroom)
Bilingual candidate (ARABIC and ENGLISH) fluency is required.
Experience working with a variety of Learning Management and Learning Experience Systems and various virtual meeting management tools.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Understanding of varied learning styles
Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods
Excellent team player
HTML5,SCORM, xAPI, mobile learning, and adaptive learning experience desired
Proven experience designing and developing scalable, engaging, online training is a must
