Duties and Responsibilities

The employee will:

· Assesses, plans and implements and evaluates individual patient care.

· Undertakes the role of the primary care provider specific to defined patient group.

· Establishes a good working environment in which patients receive high standards of care.

· Takes responsibility for the direct delivery of professional and competent patient care by promoting quality care standards.

· Participates in the scientific nursing practice initialing: assessing, planning, delivery of care, evaluation and monitoring of individualized patient care.

· Maintains safety and well being of patients and staff in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

· Provides therapeutic, safe, personalized physical and psychological environment of patient care.

· Facilitates pre operative and receiving post operative patients for gynecological and obstetrics procedures (electives and emergencies).

· Receiving and caring of term and neonatal neonate.

· Comprehensive admission and discharge of a pregnant woman of
