Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the development of long-term engagement strategies, programs and methodologies to promote and achieve a culture of service excellence and operational efficiency while sustaining high employee engagement and performance levels.
Ensure that timely employee engagement and satisfaction surveys are conducted to analyze engagement levels of employees and identify areas of improvement for planning activities to enhance employee engagement levels.
Review and provide inputs for developing content and communication material targeting to increase the effectiveness and impact of employee engagement efforts while ensuring that all developed content is in-line with corporate value and its business units.
Develop employee recognition/reward programs, social events and other welfare activities to maximize employee engagement based on best international practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all employee engagement activities and programs through analysis, recommend enhancements and ensure coordination and coherence with other departments with regard to their culture and engagement activities.
Manage Personnel Services and processes such as probation evaluation, employee transfer, disciplinary action, change of status, resignation, terimniation, and retirement, and participate in process activities when necessary to ensure employees are treated fairly and in compliance with the set policies.
Review all cases of disciplinary matters in coordination with the company’s legal department, pertaining to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, absenteeism or any other violations, etc. and ensure that disciplinary action taken against employee is as per set procedures and in-line with the company’s code of conduct.
Review all cases/reports of employee grievances and ensure timely and fair settlement of all grievances in-line with company code of conduct and guidelines of the Employee Engagement Function.
Review, discuss and attempt to resolve employee problems and complaints in area of responsibility by meeting with employees to receive information on the problem and co-coordinating resolution with other departments and individuals.
Follow-up legal cases of the employees (if any) with the Legal Department or external legal advisors and provide necessary assistance as required.
Manage and ensure the maintenance of an efficient system for handling all employee complaints/grievances and ensure that appropriate measures are taken while following the set procedures and all disciplinary actions are taken in accordance with the company policy/local labour law.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
Master’s in Business Administration shall be an advantage.
Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR), Human Resources Management Professional (HRMP) or Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) certification is preferred
