الوصف الوظيفي .1 Assists in maintaining medical records of hospital and medical information reference library .2 obtains medical, statistical and sociological data for use by workers in various preventive health facilities 3 refers tuberculosis cases and contacts to appropriate health agencies for consultation, treatment referral and assistance in disease control. 4 prepare reports such as epidemiological case history and morbidity report and keeps file for communicable disease cases. 5 Contact information sources concerning vital statistics and disease reports to resolve discrepancies and obtain additional information. 6 Analyze cause of death statements and communicable disease reports for compliance with laws and local regulations , consistency and completeness. 7 Registers birth, death, and communicable diseases statistics from information supplied by physicians, hospital personnel ,funeral directors and representatives from other agencies. 8 Collaborate with ministry of health for statistical reports and vaccine supplementation 1 9 Following the roles of training program of AFHSR. 10 Participates in all academic activities of the training program of Preventive Medicine . 11 Implementing principles during daily work. 12 Commitment to do any task or clinical activities Keeping professionalism and confidentiality during the patient care. 13 Bides by the medical staff bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the medical staff and those specific to the center. 14 To exercise the highest possible standers of patient care according to his Preventive Medicine skills and available resources. 15 Refers patients to his superior for opinion or treatment as deemed necessary. 16 Follows up those patients with on-going or communicable diseases or when therapeutic response require evaluation. 17 Report and discusses unusual finding , complication, or alteration in the management plan with his superior as necessary. 18 Share workload in his specialty during the absence of his colleagues. 19 Participates in Major disaster plan of the center as indicated. 20 Participates in community services programs as vaccination campaigns and health education. 21 Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities with in the affiliated medical facilities. المهارات 2- Minimum 2 years working experience post qualification. 3- Published research In academic specialty Journal(Preferred). 4- Membership in society services agency or specialty society(Preferred).
