Raw materials testing
Trials for new color costing
Preparation of TDS
Preparation of MSDS
Revalidation of expiry Raw materials.
Train/guide to the new technicians and follow ups.
Production standardization
Modification of existing formulation
Finding out new raw materials (New vendor development).
Support to QC
Comparative study of competitors products
Return paint work off
Supporting technical support department technically.
Supplier meeting
Consumption of NCP product
Conducting performance tests
Troubleshooting in production issues and process
Customer compliant analysis
Non-moving RM consumption
Cost reduction
Train to the new engineers
Product Third Party Certification.
Customers visit (technical visit application)
Attending supplier training globally (new product/process technology).
New technology/ products development.
المهارات
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering/Paints Technology.
Master’s Degree Chemistry preferred.
Experience 5-8 years’ experience in R&D;function.
Technical Skills
In depth paints industry knowledge
Research & development abilities.
