الوصف الوظيفي
• Apply and evaluate new/modified products.
• Deliver practical training for products.
• Conduct application samples at customer site.
• Participate in new application techniques and paint tools.
• Conduct assessment and evaluation of trainees and provide recommendations.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Ensure the compliance of 5S and safety regulations in all application areas.
• Regular maintenance of application tools.
• KAIZEN initiative.
• Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
المهارات
Qualifications
• High School / Technical Diploma
• Driving license
Experience
2- 5 years in the field
Technical Skills
• Ability to use all types of application airless spray, air spray, roller and brush.
• Training Skills.
• Physically fit to fix and claim scaffolding and Carry Heavy Equipment.
Core Competencies.
• Attention to Detail.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Good Customer Service Skills.
• Products Judgment skills.
