uties and Responsibilities:
Assist other technicians
Implement and Manage Windows Server 2008, Server 2012, and Server 2016
Implement and maintain Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual servers
Support Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10
Build, design, and implement new servers
Troubleshoot and upgrade existing servers
Implement and maintain hosted and cloud server solutions
Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions
Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain VLANs
Remote access solution support: VPN and terminal services
Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Design and maintain wireless networks using Ubiquiti equipment
Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system
Respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and do periodic system reviews
Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science.
Ability to work as part of a team, lead the team, and communicate effectively
Must have at least 5 years’ experience as System & Network Engineer
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
Extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 and Hyper-V servers
Professional IT certifications preferred, such as Microsoft MSP, MCSA, and MCSE
