الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for interviewing customers and dealing with customer requirements related to repair or maintenance problems of their vehicles.
The agency’s key player is to promote positive customer relationships by communicating and tracking clients in case of repair, expense charges and enhancing sales of services by conveying information to customers about the maintenance and repair needs identified during the service appointment process.
To act as a liaison between external clients and all those who are internally involved in the Agency in the service recruitment process.
