- Managing real estate development projects for the company.

- Manage and control budgets, schedule, and sales.

- Create and develop approach to project delivery.

- Studying and working on land and real estate projects.

- Identify and facilitate improvement opportunities.

- Conducting real estate feasibility studies and strategic review.

- Full knowledge of the recording of the Wafi program.

- Experience in registering projects for the Ministry of Housing.

- The ability to manage the work team and knowledge of the Real-estate transfer procedures.

- Conducting studies on job opportunities and suitable places for investment.

المهارات
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- 5-10 years of previous experience in real estate development in Saudi Arabia

-Proficiency in spoken and written English.
