Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals
Maintain accurate food inventories
Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately
Taste all food items for quality purpose before serving
Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
Responsible for financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.
Contribute heavily in increasing sales and decreasing food cost.
المهارات
Eight (8) years of supervisory or management experience, Food and Beverage and guest service experience preferred.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, decision-making skills, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates should have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitude.
have knowledge in P&L;and Sales Forecasting
Must be English Speaker
Experience in Dine in Restaurant is preferred.
