Sales Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Sales and marketing of company products and services .
Organize & conduct meeting with clients and EPC contractors .
Work with proposal team to respond and submit technical and commercial offers
Contract review: Technical and regulatory analysis of the project in collaboration with the Project Manager, design and manufacturing department to validate the ability to meet customer requirements.
Performing assessment of sales systems and identify areas of improvement.
Actively participating in the Company Qualification and Pre-Qualification (PQ) Programs.
Update company profiles in existing clients Portals
Registration of company profile with new clients

المهارات
Duties and responsibilities:

Ø Updating of the Sales Proposals on monthly basis .

Ø Prepare Sales Department KPIs for management review

Ø Negotiate sales proposals with clients including prices and payment terms.

Ø Review of POs from client and highlight critical issues .

Maintains good relation with all clients and get customers satisfaction surveys on yearly basis .
Response to customers enquiries and complaints on urgent basis .

Qualifications:

Ø Education: Degree in Mechanical or any equivalent engineering stream is preferred.

Ø Specialized knowledge: Should have good knowledge of Heat Exchangers design and manufacturing .

Ø Skills: Good communication, Fluency in English, Computer proficiency etc.

Ø Good knowledge of Microsoft office

Ø Abilities:  Decision making,Team work, Taking new assignments etc.

Ø Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Discipline, Punctuality, Hard-working, Committed to work etc.

Ø Experience: 5 years sales experience for industrial equipments (Oil and Gas industry ) .
