Project Operation Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Our requirement, Project Operation Manager to overseeing the day to day administrative and operational function of company business. Operation Manager shall expert and have:

Vast knowledge and experience in managing Saudi Aramco construction and maintenance projects including but not limited to Oil & Gas EPC, LSTK and LSPB contracts
Familiar and well experience with Saudi Aramco construction standards and requirement.
Has ability to organize and manage multiple projects at different sites.
Capable for managing the pre-construction, construction, commissioning and closing Phases including but not limited to development of constructability plan, resources allocations, mobilization plan, logistic plan, project controls, cost control system, reviewing and analyzing plans, change orders negotiating, coordinating and directing work of subcontractors, developing general relationship with all concern project parties ,make strategic plan , decisions and provide leadership and directions to project managers to implement those decisions .

المهارات
Have an engineering degree
Minimum 15 years experience in oil and gas construction projects which out of 7 years with Aramco projects as Operation Director
Knowledgeable and experience with Aramco standards and construction requirements
Has vast experience in execution of construction of pipelines projects
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge and Experience in Oil & Gas EPC, LSTK, and LSPB contracts
Have Strong leadership
Age shall be not more than 52 years
