System Engineering Manager (Cloud Architect) (IT Digital)

We are looking for a System Engineering Manager (Cloud Architect) with the following details :

Location :Jubail - KSA

Duration : 1 year renewable

Work Status : Resident, Single

JOB OBJECTIVE

Manages the System engineering activities and act as SEM on in-house projects
Responsible for the complete lifecycle of System Engineering process in the project;
Provide project engineers with an efficient Engineering Environment
Direct interface on technical level with Customer, Engineer, Solution Providers, Technical Experts / Specialists OR Technical Managers inside and outside COMPANY Entities
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

10 years of Experience on various Systems Engineering life cycle activities, and out of which 5 years of Experience working in different Technical Management positions
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors in Electrical / Electronic / Computer / IT or relevant Engineering

Skills on following engineering subjects;
Technical Tasks and teams management
Requirements Engineering
Baseline Control
Technical Risk and Opportunity Management
Technical Planning
Technical Effort Assessment
Qualification, Verification, and Validation
Process Definition
Tool Support
System Integration
Able to work under tight schedule, technical and operational constraints
Flexibility on work as project or company needs
High sense of responsibilities and ownership
Able to use engineering tools and processes

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the System engineering activities for the related level (System elements)
Jointly with the PDA (Project Design Authority)
Responsible for the complete lifecycle of System Engineering process in the project:
Orient Phase
Design Phase
Integration and VV Phase
Provide engineers with an efficient Engineering Environment
