Workshop In-Charge

Superior Machines Equipment Services is looking go workshop in-charge for our rotating equipment workshop in Jubail Saudi Arabia.

Candidate must have minimum 10 years in Rotating Equipment Repair including (Pumps, Turbine, Compressors, Gearbox, Etc)

Candidate shall also have experience in carrying out metal repair using our existing lathe machines.

Tasks and Responsibility as follows:

1. Prepares operational budget plan and focus for the targeted results.

2. Manage the available resources effectively and complete the jobs within the target time.

3. Plans and develops systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the workshop.

4. Participates in the review process for timely submission of estimation on sales RFQ,s.

5. Provide guidance to solve complex operational problems.

6. Report operation process performance and recommend process improvement to management.

7. Responsible to meet productivity and quality goals.

8. Responsible for employees scheduling for work assignments, employees training, rotation, employees vacation, and overtime control.

9. Have experience of 10 years in repair/refurbishment of rotating equipment and machine shop activities.

10. Have good communication skills.

11. Must have good planning skills and leadership skills.
