Job Description

· Trouble Shooting on cranes. Attending to breakdown calls (warranty & non warranty), One Time Health Checks & Crane AMC -Preventive Maintenance Checks & Crane modification /overhauling.

· Resolving Crane related problems raised by customers. This will involve gaining a clear understanding of the reported problem, identifying what the real problem is and analysing it to determine the root cause. Explaining & suggesting the cost-effective solution & gaining customer approval to expedite & implement the suggested solution to customer’s satisfaction. Knowledge in Inverter control, Ex-products will be an added advantage

· Overseeing or /and executing the job which is assigned (Crane Repairs, AMC, Modification, One Time Health Checks) and ensuring timely & quality technical service to customers.

· Evaluating Crane installations & performance and recommending Spares, products /accessories and services based on real needs.

· Preparing Service /Visit reports by collecting and analysing customer information.

· Daily Reports to Regional Office about the work progress.

· Communicating with customers.

المهارات
Key Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively to sites, Ability to work at heights (on the crane top) with hands, Computer literacy (MS Office - word /excel).
