الوصف الوظيفي We require the following position to be filled in our organization: Sales Executive (1) Male any nationality can be accepted and (1) Female preferred Saudi Position : SALES EXECUTIVE Reports to : MARKETING MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Enhance Sales activities through research and develop marketing opportunities and plans. 2. Proper coordination with the Marketing Manager / General Manager and follow their advice. 3. In some cases may have to interact directly with General Manager / Technical Director & Managing Director and take their advices. 4. Improve marketability and profitability by bringing in projects. 5. Sustain rapport with the clients by making periodic visits, exploring clients’ needs and anticipating new opportunities. 6. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 7. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying industry requirements, defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share. 8. Develop and accomplish Sales and Marketing objectives by developing and implementing trade promotion programs, develop field sales action plans. 9. Plans and achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations, preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, and customer-service standards, problem solving and implement change. 10. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. 11. Updates job knowledge by maintaining personal and professional networks. KEY SKILLS Marketing Concepts, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Client Relationships, People Management Strong written and verbal communication skills. QUALIFICATIONS Any related Bachelor’s Degree. MBA marketing will have added advantage. Minimum of 5 years’ experience WORK SCHEDULE The role of a Sales Executive requires the person to be flexible. This is not your regular job which has standard timings. You should be ready to work 24x7 whenever required.
