Objectives: ● Work as fulltime SmartPlant(SPF, SPP&ID;, SPI) Tools administrator of the projects service, locating in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, during project execution phase. ● As part of the DDTS SP Tools global supporting team to provide a reliable solution of SP Tools system to local, on-site and off-site projects service, keep updating the solution to meet users’ demand. Main Tasks: Install and configure SP Tools upon in-house servers and databases; Configure options, templates, symbols, reports, and add-ons as necessary; Conduct publishing/uploading of TEF/NON-TEF files; Assist data transfer with DDTS China Office; Perform user training to internal users and manage access rights, backup/restore activities; Modify database and system storage; Generate reports as necessary; Administrate servers and database instances; Provide SP Tools system support as 1st level administrator of Mega project; Collaborate with 3rd parties to keep the consistency of SP Tools configurations among DDTS and 3rd parties; Gather and review SP Tools related requirements from project teams, providing solutions; Support SP Tools regional and global leads on change management processes; Manage team owned servers and database instances as server/application owner; Perform daily maintenance tasks including backup/restore, access control, secondary development implementation, configuration adjusting, etc.; Support procurement and certification all E&M;applications as business needs; Manage the software list including support on procurement and certification of new version upgrading and monitor the license usage.
المهارات
Requirements: ●Bachelor’s degree with major in IT, Automation or related majors and master’s degree is preferable. ●At least 5 years’ working experiences in administrating CAE systems (e.g. SPF, SPID, SPI, etc.); ●Proficient command of spoken and written English is preferable; ●Experience in administration of servers, database, engineering design systems and project management systems is preferable; ●Skilled and experience in relevant software/tools like, MS SQL or Oracle Database and MS Office.
