Information Quality

IT domain Owner Information Quality processes
Align with other IT teams and business departments to ensure that information is delivered in a timely manner with the required quality to support the business needs
Lead external and internal Information Quality benchmarks for the different domains
Create, manage and control Information Quality standards
Monitor and analyze information quality
Identify improvement projects based on customer request or proactively initiate to ensure high quality information
Manage the information quality project portfolio
Manage the data quality processes related to extraction, transformation, loading, aggregation, storage, securing and application of business logic
Department Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP Information Quality , providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment
Provide necessary coaching to a team of leaders that are highly skilled senior professionals in the of the Information Management
Responsible for financial authority within established limits and control Information Quality budget expenditure throughout the global
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to support and ensure execution and smooth flow of the company’s business
Strategic Contribution

Support the development of ERP related programs globally through strategic partnership with Corporate Strategy, SBU’s, Corporate Functions, IT-Management and external partners in order to add value to the business and deliver the IT and business strategies. “

Financial Control

Oversee the financial, regulatory compliance and risks of the ERP Information Quality based on ERP Information Quality performance indicators, providing transparency to customer. Assist business grow in alignment with SABIC 2020 business strategy, identify savings and improvement opportunities whilst securing compliance to legislation, standards, policies and procedures in all geographies
Drive the definition, challenge and validate new ERP business cases to ensure best use of capital
Forecast and manage resource demands of ERP, including funding requirements and cash flows
Manage costs allocation process integrity and completeness
Lead ERP Information Quality business long range forecast planning
Stakeholder Management

Focus on strategic engagement with the L2s and L2s in the SBUs, Shared Service and Corporate entities
Maintain regular contact with the business stakeholders (L2s and L3s) in the ERP programs and projects to ensure alignment with to their needs
Engage, involve and manage expectations of the right stakeholders to make decisions to pursue, and in what priority order
Align with IT leads
Actively provide strategic direction to the Information Governance Steering Groups
Responsible for the ERP Information Quality aspects of Programs
