الوصف الوظيفي Ø Searching for new clients who could benefit from products in a designated region Ø Travelling to visit potential clients Ø Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers Ø Managing and interpreting customer requirements Ø Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs Ø Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations. Ø Negotiating tender and contract terms Ø Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions Ø Offering after-sales support services Ø Administering client accounts Ø Analyzing costs and sales Ø Preparing reports for head office Ø Meeting regular sales targets Ø Recording and maintaining client contact data Ø coordinating sales projects Ø Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events Ø Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs Ø Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education Ø Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts Ø Record Customer Complaints (if any) and report to Managers and assist in taking proper Corrective & Preventive Actions Ø Helping in the design of custom-made products Ø Providing training and producing support material for the sales team Ø Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Manager in the end of the day. For QC Manager: § Coordinate the research, development, and quality control of products of plant entities towards achievement of business goals, excellent company image, and stakeholders’ satisfaction. § Coordinate with the technical sales team to study technical project proposals § Oversee the implementation of R&D;and QC policies and procedures, product quality and standards, to satisfy business requirements and corporate plans. § Ensure the alignment of the plant entities in terms of quality, design, and standards to ensure profitability and stability in all aspects of the product. § Oversee the design control is satisfied for necessary information (input and output), meeting interactions and trial activities, follow up and results, approvals and closure, including documentation and compilation. § Provide product design feasibility study reports, including management risks analysis, where appropriately required. § Support in the achievement of defined measurable objectives and goals for continuous improvement. § Support the continuous implementation of the entity’s vision and mission, policies, values and other company programs, including its continuous implementation. § Execute the responsibilities according to lawful and ethical standards. § Uphold, safeguard and promote the organization’s values and philosophy. § Ensures that all safety, health and environment aspects related to development and modifications of products are continuously evaluated and necessary actions are taken for compliance with regulations and company policies المهارات 1) Bachelor’s in civil Engineer, Textile Engineering, or related degree. 2) 6 -4 years of experience in Geosynthetics filed, or Construction. 3) A solid technical background, Sound judgement and good business sense, Teamworking ability, the ability to build relationships with clients quickly, Analytical, and problem-solving skills, 4) Microsoft programs, MS office and AutoCAD. 5) Very good command of English reading, writing, and speaking. Required skills for Quality Control Manager: 1) Minimum Qualifications: B.S In Textile , Mechanical Engineer ,Civil Engineer or relevant Field 2) Minimum Experience: At least 5 Years’ Experience in Similar Role / Similar Industry.
