Commercial & Contract engineer shall be Responsible for the management and cost estimation of one or more project EPC contracts;
Participate in the review, negotiation and negotiation of the EPC contract business part;
Responsible for risk management and claims management, etc.; Responsible for one or more Subcontract negotiation, signing and contract management of test and inspection projects such as design, commissioning, operation, small EPC, etc.;
responsible for pre-tendering of subcontracted projects in existing market areas;
Responsible for the preparation, improvement and supervision of standard documents such as GCC project subcontracting model and standard engineering quantity list;
Guiding and supervising the subcontract management of IPP and IWP projects;
May also be involved in change control management, cost analysis and earned value and productivity, measurement/analysis;
Responsible for assisting in formulating and improving the rules and regulations of EPC contract management and supervising implementation;
Responsible for timely tracking the execution of contracts in various project departments and handling various problems arising during the execution of contracts;
Collect, track, and review various types of correspondence involving EPC contract durations and fees;
Responsible for handling the change of contract price, letter of credit and other contract business management.
