الوصف الوظيفي o Bids are prepared in accordance with customer requirements o Bids and tenders are assigned to one or more of the tendering team o Day-to-day supervision of the tendering team to ensure works are progressing o Engages with key account clients directly to understand requirements/negotiate o Reviews and finalizes project cost estimates o Technical proposals are compelling and persuasive, both in appearance and content o Bids submitted on-time, or that bid closing date extensions are secured o A pro-active approach. Bids are there to be won, not just submitted. o Coordination with the other department heads on all related issues o Ongoing training of estimators to continue to strengthen their technical capabilities o Identify opportunities to improve processes o Provide periodic progress and performance reports to the COO o Review and negotiate contract terms and GTCs prior to acceptance o Manage all aspects of client communication from kick-off to final handover o Maintain excellent working relationships with clients o Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget o Make periodic site visits to meet clients and perform progress reports o Ensure contract documentation are both accurate and well-maintained o Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers o All variation/change orders are captured and invoiced o Contractual disputes are managed in accordance with company policies o Identify opportunities to improve business processes o Ongoing training of contract engineers to continue to strengthen technical capabilities o Provide periodic progress and performance reports to the COO المهارات - Min 5 years experience in modular/prefabricated construction projects in a similar role - Bid and won multiple projects over US$100mil - Extensive pre- and post-contract experience in accordance with the Job Description (above) - Managed estimating and contracts teams of >10 persons - Experience of working with multi-cultural team members - Patient and handles pressure well - Able to manage changing workloads by prioritizing and communicating to all concerned - Highly computer literate - Completely fluent in English تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/tendering-contracts-manager-4202393/ |
