Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Transformation and working as a BIM Engineer, the successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of Revit BIM within their discipline - structural, MEP or architectural.

· Research and design modular building structures using the relevant building codes and safety standards – Aramco, International Building Code, Saudi Building Code, etc

· Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.

· Use computer software to develop detailed designs

· Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right-of-way descriptions.

· Create and maintain BIM models for modular building projects

· Create new library components

· Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information

· Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for presentation purposes

· Effectively manage and prioritize your workload and time to meet dynamic project deadlines

· Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.

المهارات
Requirements:

· Essential – Minimum of 3 years experience working with Revit BIM

· Essential – Strong knowledge of building design

· Essential – Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively

· Essential – Strong English verbal and written communication skills

· Preferred – degree qualified in engineering from reputed university
