Bim Manager

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Transformation and working as a BIM Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of Revit BIM across structural, MEP and architectural disciplines.

· Champion and supervise the introduction of Revit BIM into the business

· Identify and deliver training requirements across all disciplines

· Develop and align a team to ensure BIM processes and procedures are followed

· Lead and implement BIM standards

· Attending and managing BIM meetings and producing work-in-progress reports

· Working closely with the team to ensure the designs are buildable and solving issues as required

· Offering creative ideas and leadership capability as this role is a key role within the organization

المهارات
Requirements:

· Essential – 10 years’ experience in an architectural environment and 3 years working in a similar capacity, with a track record of successful project delivery

· Essential – Strong working knowledge of Revit ®

· Essential – BIM management and coordination experience

· Essential – Strong English communication and presentation skills are essential

· Preferred – degree qualified in Construction Engineering from a reputed university
