الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for collecting, sorting, storing and maintaining all types of engineeringstandards, procedures and documents of SCC and assure their safeguarding andtheir security access

 Maintains engineering document’s life cycle, standards, P&IDs;, ILDS, etc… on datastorage, retention and disposal, ensuring that all documents are retained inaccordance with the archiving and disposal procedures.

 Ensure security protection and control access to data and documentations.

 Provide timely response to engineering information and data requests and ensureeffective flow of information and data.

 Participate in design quality checks and improve the process of handover and thequality of the documentations.

 Maintain updated and sorted engineering documents and data; ensurestandardization, appropriate coding system, and easy retrieval and reference whenneeded.

 Coordinate the processing and registry of records with the SDM Coordinator orimmediate supervisor in accordance with site record management procedureensuring that it is completed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

 Participate in the process improvement initiatives in the areas of data storage,archiving and migration while safeguarding the confidentiality of all documents andinformation.

 Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of all registered ProcessContainment Equipment (PCE), relief device, piping and miscellaneous equipment inComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), both the electronic andhardcopy materials.

 Ensure that all principles, procedures and practices are strictly comply with EH&Sguidelines;, regulatory and permit requirements.

 Manage the control access of documents to all users to ensure Sadara IntellectualProperty protection.

 Play key role in indexing and sorting activities to ensure data and documents arestored in a perfect manner with latest technology in the market.

 Responsible to register to management any violation of misuse or any non-protectionactivities that implies risk of improper use of engineering documentations.

 Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediatesupervisor/manager.
